Solar Flares and Solar Tsunami

For those that are sensitive to energies, a C-3 solar flare erupted on the 26th August. This solar explosion triggered a massive earth bound ‘solar tsunami’ - also known as a Moreton wave or a Moreton-Ramsey wave. An earth-facing major (M4-7) solar flare also erupted on the 28th August. A solar flare or a solar storm can affect sensitive people - symptoms may include chronic fatigue, aches and pains, tension headache, ringing in the ears, throat issues, dizziness, feeling ‘spaced out’, overwhelming emotions, anxiety, mood swings, feeling irritable, sleep disturbance / insomnia, forgetfulness, feel ‘off’ or ‘foggy headed’ and inability to concentrate. For those that are affected, you may find aromatherapy, salt baths, drinking lots of water, reduce your caffeine intake, doing meditation and/or exercise to be of some help.
