Law of Vibration

Everything is made of energy and vibrates at its own frequency. When you raise your vibration you will act as a magnet for other people and things with the same positive energy. There are a number of ways to raise your vibration, including:


- repeat positive affirmations to yourself daily

- experience Gong Baths and Soundbaths regularly

- eat high vibrational foods like fruits and herbs

- hydrate and flush out toxins with distilled water

- meditate daily

- through movement by way of dance, stretch, hike

- listen to healing frequencies such as 528 Hz and 432 Hz

- spend time in nature

- devote time to hobbies that make you genuinely happy.
