Law of Attraction

Universal Law: Law of Attraction. This law states that whatever you focus on, think about, read about and talk about intensely, you are going to attract more of it into your life - like attracts like. We are like magnets, attracting and reflecting what we hold in our thoughts. This law introduces things, people or events into our lives by our thoughts, emotions or actions. Thoughts are energy that we use to attract more energy. The law brings people with similar interests together. We attract experiences that are consistent with our beliefs. If we believe that there is plenty of love in the world and we are worthy of giving and receiving that love, we will attract a different quality of relationships than someone who believes in scarcity or feels unworthy of happiness. What we focus on we will attract. What you believe will happen in your life is what happens.


What you think starts a vibration that influences how you feel, impacts what you attract and creates your reality. The Law of Attraction is often used for manifestation. When we focus on what we want versus what we don’t want, it will show up in our lives. So choose your thoughts wisely.


Principles that make up the Law of Attraction include:

- Nature abhors a vacuum

- The present is always perfect.


Some things that you can do to incorporate the Law of Attraction into your life include:


- Be grateful

- Visualise your goals

- Look for the positives in a situation

- Learn how to identify negative thinking

- Use positive affirmations

- Reframe a scarcity mind and negative events in a more positive way

- Watch for synchronicities.


At its core, the Law of Attraction is about shifting your mindset to one of abundance, calling in what you want, and aligning your action with your desires. When you understand the Law of Attraction, instead of allowing the outside world to dictate what you think and how you feel inside, you start to live from the inside out by choosing and focusing on thoughts that align with what you want. This causes changes in your vibrational field to attract or create the results you seek in life.
