The planetary energies are moving humankind and the Earth in an evolutionary process. If you are experiencing bodily symptoms, this is part of the ascension process which is raising your frequency and vibration with more Light and Light codes. Your DNA is changing. The cells in your body are changing with new Light and intelligence (extra sensory and multi sensory intelligence). Your brains are expanding - you will have more access to and greater use of your capacities. Pineal glands are opening. You are also in the process of releasing on the mental, emotional and physical levels what you no longer need in order to advance evolutionarily as Divine beings in human form. Headaches, sore throats, nausea, aches and pains are some of the common symptoms of this releasing process and recalibration of new energy and upgrades. Many are experiencing restlessness in their sleep as well as vivid dreaming. While you are sleeping your bodies are being reconfigured and recalibrated with higher frequencies and Light codes. Some will need more sleep than normal. Some may be feeling anxious and stuck. This is all part of the process of change that is currently underway for humankind. Your form is transitioning from carbon to crystalline and your conscious awareness is expanding.
